Work
We work in two ways:
1) Permanent (full-time and part-time) search execution:
Our retained executive search practice is completely focused on permanent roles. These include traditional full-time roles as well as less traditional permanent part-time roles for firms who may not have the need for a full-time hire. Many of our consulting projects also turn into permanent hires as a business grows and a role becomes more clearly defined.
2) Project and consulting engagements (including interim leadership and parental leave coverage):
Project and consulting roles are key to our business, as they allow our clients to tailor the scope of the role to their specific needs and therefore only incur costs as needed.
We are unique in this area, as our consultants have the exact skill-set that is needed for each individual role, and are able to step in and contribute to the business with little to no ramp-up time. Typically our consultants are currently working in the industry that we are hiring for, and are looking for something with more flexibility in the near or long term.
