Lesley has been a leader in the recruiting industry for 15 years. Lesley previously co-founded Prokanga, an innovative practice that focused on roles with flexibility. Lesley worked diligently to create flexible opportunities within the finance industry where previously those types of roles were not embraced. Throughout her career, Lesley has placed mid-level and senior level professionals at some of the industry's most prominent hedge funds and private equity firms. Earlier in her career, she worked in client management in the marketing and advertising industry, covering accounts such as Estee Lauder, Unilever and Procter and Gamble. Lesley earned her BA from the University of Michigan, and is a proud mother to three daughters.
